**Reasons:**

* The key not onboard before it factory
* The key repeated for unknown reason (checking with helium team about the repeated issues)

**Solution:**

* Keep the hotspot power and online
* Open a ticket or sent an email to <support@piscesminer.com>
* Write down the Sn code of the device
