Unable to synced block

This page is for unable to synced for long time

• Confirm your firmware version and the docker version .

• If your version is old:

  • Update the hotspot

    • way 1 : update the hotpsot via dashboard , cleck : tools->update miner -> begian

    • way 2: update the hotspot via api system:

      • For V2 version api [V2-Update](https://docs.piscesminer.com/pisces-document/firmware-api/othercontroller/v2-update)

  • Clean the blockchian file

    • way 1 : clean via the hotspot dashboard ,cleck : tools->clean blockchian data -> begian

    • way 2 : clean the block chain data via api
