# Unable to synced block

* Confirm your firmware version and the docker version . 
* If your version is old:
  * Update the hotspot
    * way 1 : update the hotpsot via dashboard , cleck : tools->update miner -> begian
    * way 2: update the hotspot via api system:

      * For V2 version api \[V2-Update]\(<https://docs.piscesminer.com/pisces-document/firmware-api/othercontroller/v2-update>)
  * Clean the blockchian file
    * way 1 : clean via the hotspot dashboard ,cleck : tools->clean blockchian data -> begian
    * way 2 : clean the block chain data via api

      * For V2 version api \[V2-Block Clean]\(<https://docs.piscesminer.com/pisces-document/firmware-api/othercontroller/v2-cleanblock>)
      * If you dont know which version api you are using , you can try with both.
