**Step 1 : Download for Starpower mobile**

Scan the QR code or search for Starpower in the App Store or Google Play soon.

**Step 2 :  Open app and claim your device**

Users should plug in thedevice and press and hold the power button for 2-6 seconds (ensure the timing is strictly controlled) until the button's light starts flashing. Users should enable Bluetooth on their phone and grant location permissions to the Starpower app.

**Step 3 : Star scanning and conncet your device**

Conncet it to your wifi

**Step 4 : Verify your device**

**Step 5 : choose your account**

Bind your wallet address

**Step 6 : Fetch  location information**
